*The specification of precision and trueness is based on the Analytik Jena internal gravimetric and photometric standard measurement procedure, which is published as Annex B7 in the ISO IWA 15 document ” Specification and method for the determination of volumetric performance of automated liquid handling systems“ (www.IWA15.org). The Application Note „Photometric and Gravimetric Liquid Handling Check Procedure to determine the Random Error (Precision) and the Systematic Error (Accuracy) of Automated Liquid Handling Systems (ALHS)“ describes this measuremet procedure in detail.
Every modification of this method may influence the results.

Accessories
8-channel magazine
The 8-channel tip magazine enables the realization of serial dilutions and the work in columns at CyBio® SELMA.
384-well plate adapter
This microplate adapter features a slide function to process 384-well plates on both positions of the CyBio® SELMA 96-channel versions. The adapter is further supporting the work with 384-well plates by showing the currently processed index.
Side Touch Adapter
The Side-Touch adapter allows a manual spring loaded movement of the microplate in X- and Y- direction to perform a side-touch of the pipetting tips. After releasing the adapter, it will move back to a centered position for a normal workstation.
Microplate adapters for REMP plates or Protein Applications
With these microplate adapters, it is possible to process REMP plates or to prefill GREINER CrystalQuick® plates and Hampton Research MRC 2 Well plates for Protein Crystallization on the CyBio® SELMA. The specific adapters are positioning the microplates correctly under the tips and can be used on both CyBio® SELMA positions.
Special CyBio® SELMA Worktable
This special 2-splitted table will change working position 1 of the CyBio® SELMA in order to work with high reservoirs and other accessories, like vacuum chambers.
